Unfortunately, my dad doesn't. So amongst all the holiday baking I need to do for Thursday, I'm making him his annual fruitcake. At the moment, I've got 42 pounds* of dried fruit, and those nasty green cherries he insists on, soaking up really good rum. Waste of booze.
And, just for Vic, since I know he'll ask:
Chocolate swirled pumpkin cheesecake, Boston cream pie, mixed berry cobbler.
*may be a slight exaggeration
I'm half Italian half Irish. I am also not Catholic. Neither I nor my sisters were baptized and/or christened and we turned out just fine.
Why does it have to be one or the other? You can be non-religious and also not an atheist.
Baptist.
Every time I read one of these updates I have this urge to give you unsolicited advice. I've got half a dozen in mind right now.
But I think I'll just remind you we're in the same area code. After the moms go home yell if you need help. I'll answer.
Just to irritate Lugh... <smilie!!> Both my girls were early, the first by twelve days, the second by ten. Although I'll admit that was probably the only time either of them has been early for anything.
Look into shutterfly for the photo thing.
Best of luck to you two.
