Already a little sense of foreboding, but let's hope not too bad. Interesting way to start.

What a hoot, loved the visits both with Dante's Gran and Vaughn's mother, and look they got travel ideas of what to do with both next. Gran going to Verona and keeping Paolo and Tony entertained while they have another three-way with Ercole. Then back to the Priory with Vaughn's mother so she can see what has changed. Appears that both ladies have a certain style that works for them. They both enjoyed the day, and I have to wonder how they will be around each other, that has to happen soon. Gran seems to be pushing them to move faster, and you know she was on the phone to those in real estate the second she had a chance. Of course, Dante and Vaughn still need to deal with Hayward, and see where that leads.

Can't wait to check these out...

Interesting start, and the idea for the musical sound wild. Can't wait to see how they pull that together, of course, does it have to be boy/girl? LOL So we finally found our Guy...

Some truly excellent stories to keep you occupied for quite a while.

What the hell did Janek do, and was it over Marc or because of his brother? I totally don't get Byran, he just seems to be all over the place with his actions. Marc seems to care enough about Janek to break away early from the mining. What sleep issues does Marc have and why?

Interesting little story about what can happen when you decide to do something out of character and just decide to live. The characters were all well done, even the ones you wanted to slap with a two by four. The writing was excellent, and the flow was good, but the end came rather abruptly, but everything really was tied up. There are a couple of gross out moments, but they fit with the age of the protagonist and the situation, so they were not too jarring.

Kevin and Eric proved to be in it for the long haul. Nice way to tie everything up. Glad they had enough success and were smart enough with their money to continue just playing as session musicians and not have to worry about anything. Performing in anything is a hard life and not for everyone, and rarely last for long. Nice story, although the ending caught me by surprise.

What a great chapter, started out sort of sweet and tender and then full bore hilarious. I would have expected Kai to be a top, but much like @VBlew are we sure that Adam is a bottom? OMG, Megan, how can you forget that of all things, and at 38. Doc is just way to funny and sure of himself. Loved everything about this one.

So glad that Keith, with Nico's help and Jonty documenting, was able to complete the restoration of the art piece and get it back to functionality. This would be a big deal and perhaps lead to other things at some point, especially perhaps for Jonty. Amazes me that people don't take advantage of public transportation more. I know in some areas there just aren't any, almost anywhere in Texas where I am, or it can be troublesome; but so much could be improved it was designed better and utilized more. Keith and Thomas both have past that they really have never dealt with, and I think they need to do so in order to find some peace of mind, but more importantly to go into the future on a more even keel. Keith has his issues with an abusive intolerant father and his female ex, while Thomas has an unbending father that never seemed to be able to communicate or share with his son's, Nate as well. Perhaps a trip back will help, but to some extent with both men being gone, it is more just facing the past and coming to terms with it. Great chapter...

Another imaginative tale from the @Geron Kees that introduces us to what might be. A young boy on the cusp of adulthood joins an adventure that he has longed for only to find what his destiny might really be. As always, the writing and pacing along with the character development is first rate. But it is the way the story weaves it's magic on each of us in different ways that makes this so special. Even when no longer on Earth, what does it mean to be human and how does that translate into how we deal with not only each other, but the unexplained. What does it mean to protect someone? What would you give up to do so? Begin the adventure and let's find out.

What a grand adventure this was, and I agree it is only beginning. Mikulsa's reaction time almost caused an issue, but Til's proved to be even better. Bzup and Azim are returning with them and bringing the whole ship to be in closer contact. Leave it to Mr. Sharples to ask questions about why they knew it was the others like Jem and not someone else. Seems there will be a lot that Bzup kind can teach Jem kind. Jem and Nico will continue along with Nita and Til to make sure that the relations between the two groups continue to grow and prosper. Nita is right, they may well want to leave to see if they can get back to their home, but I think some will remain and continue to explore. Thank you @Geron Kees for bringing us all along on this adventure, can't wait to see what you decide to bring us along with next time.

No greater love than the willingness to lay down your life for another. The basis of this to me, isn't about what type of feelings you have for the person or whatever, but the fact that you know inside that you are willing to do whatever it takes to protect someone else. Azim is willing to do whatever he needs to do in order to protect the other part of this crew, can Jem explain that he would do the same, his actions say yes, but what will the outcome be? Humans are stronger when they share their ideas and work to solve a problem, this group is proving that true. Yes, sometimes there must by necessity be someone in charge, but in consensus is true strength. Just WOW....

Well, glad to see the little mining trip at least paid dividends. Each time out, the more time they have the better the trip will be hopefully. Getting to run the simulations with a marine group has to be something that helps Marc, or really anyone. Although nothing beats practical experience, the right training helps you prepare yourself for that. Bryan doesn't appear to be what Marc is looking for, Marc doesn't seem to be ready for a major relationship at the moment, but you never know where something will lead when you get into it. Interesting chapter, can't wait to see what happens next.

You save someone's life, what do you owe them afterward, what do they owe you, or do you just go your own way. These are some of the issues covered in this story. Well written, and the pacing was well done. Some of the secondary characters aren't quite as developed as the main ones; and the story ends with some major questions and issues unresolved, but the promise of a part two looms. This is a story that makes you think about a few hard questions and some hard-won truths. And anything that can make you think and still be entertaining is worth a few hours of your time. Sit down and enjoy this Aussie yarn, while we all wait for part two.

Ah, so another ship from Earth is coming, or one from somewhere they have colonized. The Righoff lines have come back into focus. So, Bzup's people, with Azim in particular, believe they must leave. Do they have to? NOOOOOOO.... I certainly hope that there can be some sort of exchange, this is too special just to lose this contact with each other. Bzup has learned much, but have Jem and the others learned as much? What a real treat. A leap of faith has been answered in kind.

A real delight, and a look back at Adam's past was nice, although I personally would like a little more. I always want more. I love that Arya has taken so well to Kai. I was a little worried about that. Megan has fallen big time for Doc, I can see that she will fight it tooth and nail, however. Slow and steady may when the race; but fast and rough has some virtues as well. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I rather like Suki, and even more after she was rather frank with Vaughn. I have never fully understood Heyward or his motives. I can't tell what his machinations are leading to, but as long as they aren't over a cliff, I suspect Vaughn and Dante will survive. Such a descriptive chapter can't wait to see how this progresses.

Well, and now isn't that exciting. So glad that it appears no one on the Chregar crew was really hurt, of course not everyone has been awaked but still, it doesn't appear that they were any significant injuries. Bzup go home and is bringing his friends. Let's hope that Bzup has a way of helping them communicate with his people or there is not going to be much communication except with him. So Bzup is the pilot, sounds like we know why Azim did not want to leave without him.

Well, Janek has some competition, but is it really a competition or just figuring out who really belongs together. Sounds like a great party and a great family tradition. Glad to see that Marc and friends will be able to do some mining for themselves. We already had one run in with pirates, we don't need another this soon. LOL.

Well, I am so glad that the issue with the damage to the apartment did not get too serious. I know that what he did was wrong, but in the state of mind he was in, lucky it was not worse. So, he gets to join the band full time, that is so great, just see what happens when you take a chance and just take a leap of faith. He had no idea what would happen when he decided to follow the band, but this was it.

Bzup stood up to his version of Mr. Mikulas, let's hope that was the first step. So, the other ship was being hidden in plain sight, just masked. Oh, just so much going on, can't wait to see what happens next.

JJ does care about Kris and will do what he can to help him; but how will this play out. JJ competes with Will but feels that he can never measure up, I honestly don't understand where this comes from. You would think with this history Jake would have been a little more sympathetic about how he laid this out, but maybe he really thought being blunt would be for the best. Casey being there was a tip off of to JJ that something really bad was coming down the pike.

This chapter just made me smile, it was a chapter with such muted happiness, none of this yelling and backflips and pom poms but that simple joy of being in nature or with someone you care about. Nice that while they had very different childhoods, there were some similarities. They were both readers and escaped into what they were reading and used it as the basis of great adventures. Why buy a boat that is not lake worthy? As a decorative object to keep near the jetty? This just doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I just don't get it.
