Well, James doesn't strike me as the Batman type, way to impulsive. But smart enough to figure out what to be able to eat safely and so far at least protecting Charlie. I so want the Whale to swallow Sebastian...

OMG, could the Whale be the one to save Charlie? Was the Whale a creature of good? Is that why it left the Earth before it did any significant damage? Did the team that went after it make it realize something in their battle with it? Or can it simply sense that Charlie is an open nerve and he is broadcasting pain so loudly that the Whale can't handle it. That is not a conversation that Hideyoshi ever wanted to have with Peter and Sarah. Casper was right; James is unbelievable powerful, but he is child and even with all that power, has proven again and again that he doesn't understand how and when to use it... Sarah just wants her child back, nothing else matters at this moment.

I am going to be beyond devastated if Charlie is really nothing but an empty shell... James is just going to have to stay away from Sebastian and hope that the ambient power present on that world is enough to restore some of the power to Charlie. We can hope that those left behind can get with 23 and maybe find the tracking information that the idiots placed on Charlie, but what can be tracked on earth might not be trackable on another world. Maybe the tracker from earlier in the story can get with Charlie's mom and figure out a way to track them...

Ah, so some clarity but still a lot of unanswered questions. Poland is noted for it's corruption as well as its issues with anyone even seeming to approve of much less engage in any gay lifestyle choices...

Am pretty sure that I agree with Aleks and that I do not like the fiancée or any of her girlfriends... Totally confused, but that isn't always a bad thing.

Aleks probably is not the killer; but does he know who is? Maks appears to be the kind of man that won't run to the authorities without more information, so where does this leave us?

An interesting introduction to what I assume will turn out to be the two main characters. Maks appears to be totally woebegone. and the kid that looks like he could be a football hooligan. I just don't know...

Well, glad that Brandon is going to be okay; but after several sessions with Ethan, I am sure he will be. Another elemental? The fact that she was egging the fire on just doesn't make sense, it was doing so much damage to everything, why try to make it worse; we need to find out what is going on there. 🤣🤣🤣 A bald wolf, just can't stop laughing about the idea of a wolf with no hair...

Sebastian would have been better off just grabbing Charlie and transporting away from the facility; if he had enough power left to do so. Sebastian is starting to sound sort of like an old time Nazi and their idea of racial purity. I think that Hideyoshi and Tsuru both know that Sebastian is still there and that they still need to move; James arrival will just make breaching the facilities shield easier. James needs to learn patience and subtlety. P.S. I want a second chapter on Sundays... LOL

No, No, No... I was not sad about how Will had built the walls, so to speak. I was more sad that he had gone through and witnessed enough that he felt he needed to do so. I agree that his behavior for most of the story has shown his level of maturity is exceptional for his age and beyond. This chapter, at least for me, just seemed to have a layer of sadness throughout. Will knows me might even come to truly love Connie; but either Connie has to give up his dream, and he would have at the time this story took place; or Will knows he and Connie would never be able to just be a couple. Will internally talked about how he wondered if some of those in the past had liked him because he could come across as straightish and as he said, knew how to act in public... Sometime life can just be sad, through no fault of anybody; it is just unfair and sad....

This chapter just made me sad... Will had sex with the guard, who I don't think he even really found attractive. To make up for being an ass; or just because it was there. Connie may be truly in love with Will, but can't be out with him and keep the career that he has worked his whole like to get to. Will builds walls to make sure he can't just fall in love, or get swept off his feet; because of what he has seen others go through and he himself has dealt with. Very well written, just felt so sad by the time that I had finished reading it...

This chapter was very illuminating. Of course, we need to find out the story behind the lyre. The more that we discover, even indirectly about the parents of Owin and Rhyad's parents the less that I care about them... I wonder if Owin had more to his plan than just running away; maybe he sensed why I am starting to wonder about myself? Hmmmm, time will tell.

Great chapter, isn't it just like adults to announce something you want to keep secret in the most public way possible... At least James and Charlie know each other well enough to be able to laugh about it on at least one level. 23 is going after a car, why? Since a portal can be opened there and a block or something done to keep them from coming after Charlie until they can remove the tracker, why use a car? Or is the car for something else? Can't wait to see what happens nest... Maybe post two chapters on Sundays from now own...

Loved the conversation James had with himself. The honest ones are often some of the hardest things you will ever have to do. The interaction with Casper and James and James and his grandparents were to good. So well written and authentic. Can't wait to see what happens next. I do wonder if you should not have a playlist to listen to for each chapter. Great taste in music...

Don't even know him and already have a dislike of Alpha Stuerm, sounds like a total ass; plus if you aren't strong enough to do the dirty work yourself, stay out of it all together. I know that Vincent doesn't want the territory, but would not think it was smart to just give it up; land is power in any situation. Not something you should just walk away from. So glad that Stacy is handling this as well as she is. Cy and Kaplan are just so cute together...

That is why time is always one of the most important things. Either the lack of time or how much time it takes to do something. The faster you can accomplish something the better it is. Even though 23 moved as fast as she could; it wasn't fast enough. It gave them time to make it harder for her to rescue Charlie Will James be smart enough to involved the others or will he try to deal with the issue himself when he gets the call...

S'brin needs to realize that even though D'gar cares for him and loves him, you can't stop how the dragons feel. I would hate to be caught up in something like this when you literally had no choice...

Rhyad is going to have to explain his total fear of flying, strange condition for his kind. Glad he found a friend...

Maybe just being in his brothers shadow and near his parents made it too hard for him to find and excel in a craft? Both these Alphas seem a little more aware than I think Owin and his family believe them to be...

Well, the parents maybe idiots: but never truly a good idea to try to hide something like this, always comes out in the most embarrassing way usually.
