I'm looking forward to Jonathan's reaction to Mad Dog making love to him to see whether this burns through his reservations about their relationships. I'm also looking forward to see Mad Dog's reaction as I somehow think he will be even more in love than he fears he already is and that his fears of a one and done are completely unfounded....just sayin'!

My concern is that the Russian spy will somehow involve CJ in recovering the stash of documents, once he reveals how to find them...

"He claims he has files safely stashed outside Mexico and Russia but will only tell you where." This is the part that has me worried. Also when Northman finds out CJ went to DC for an IVF consult (the cover story) he will be further pissed and probably say and do something. And now I have to wait a week.....ughhhh!

" That "one little comment" refers to a literary device common!y referred to as a "hook." And I believe the comments here and in the chapter comments as well as the series blog have set several more. I for one am thoroughly hooked.

Thanks for sharing the gift of your imaginative stories. This one is my favorite so far. The banter is fun and entertaining and reminds me of the dinners in Mark Arbour's stories.

Another well crafted chapter that flowed so well, it was over before I knew it. Just re-read to savor it. My two favorite scenes were CJ talking to his dads and then in the restaurant and his mention of the "enclave". Somehow I suspect Margaret finds out about the denial of the leave request and jerks Northman's chain.

Late to the party again, and the comments range from scary to hilarious...as usual! Seems like both Ozzie and CJ like Heinrich and I found it funny to have them teasing Ritch about being a publicity hound! Thanks as always for providing a bright spot and laugh on a dreary rainy February day.

I agree, he would get some great feedback and comments! I really like the story and the characters and the whole crew at the Priory and the farm. After the first chapter we are still wondering about the fate of Trevor despite him coming through surgery. Johnny seems to have plotted with the gardeners about planting some misdirection with the newspaper people and hopefully that will work out. Still no report on how Ben is actually doing and a million other questions to answer.
