Yes, yes, yes, yes! Johnny and Jason are going to take in Daniel, Johnny and Cade got home from the hospital, they got the house, and the sexy scenes were hot!
Somehow I think all of the drama is inside April's head. While Jett may be shocked and surprised, I think he is so ga-ga over April that the reveal will after some thought and consideration be a non-issue.
I pay my GA invoice biannually, not biennially. My much thumbed, "The New Merriam-Webster Dictionary" (Brand-New 1989 Edition Paperback) confirms biannual means occurring twice per year. Biennial means taking place once in two years.
Well Simon's memorial was well done and that theater crowd really knew how to do it up right. The interview and especially the post-negotiation bedroom romp was hot!
Johnny B has boy, a seven year old. I hope he takes after his dad and has two spirits....
I was thinking about the gift taxes mounting up too, but it seems the estate is vast enough that it was doable....and if JJ was added to the deeds and assets as a minor as a co-owner that would have tax saving implications as well inheritance tax wise...I think because I don't know Texas law or that part of the Federal code that well.
The fact that JJ took care of his "family" money-wise did not surprise me at all.
I was expecting that the password list the lawyer gave JJ would be necessary to get into Simon's computers...but in any case, the shit has hit the fan!
Well wicked Simon is no more and the saying goes it isn't polite to talk negatively about the dead.
JJ is far more resilient than I expected and the encouragement of Jason and Johnny has helped a lot too!
One point not covered by the attorney were the tax implications of inheriting such a large estate, but perhaps that is on a later agenda. At any rate I can foresee a rather large charitable donation from the estate to mitigate the tax burden.....
