I accept and appreciate that the 500-1k word limit keeps some authors writing. The trouble is the stories can be quite compelling and I just want to get immersed in them and a skinny chapter doesn't leave much room for that. So a Yeah!, But!- 4 comments

Great choice for the first installment on the first day of the year! Hopefully this feature will only grow larger and attract more followers quickly!

So Riley meets Martinez in a gay bar and M is already speculating on his favorite position. I'd say that was the start of something as Riley seemed surprised to see the guy whose name he yelled out! Of course at a mere 1350 some words, this installment was a way too short!

Great story! I've been reading for more than sixty-five years and this is the first time I came across the word viridescent and had to look it up to see if it really was a word. It is and means green or slightly green and works perfectly with your description of light. So thanks for adding to my vocabulary as well!

This was a chapter that presented a kaleidoscope of vignettes, one disturbing and the rest sweet. It was an emotional experience.

I think I'm in your doctor's corner regarding the high cholesterol and starting scripts sooner rather than later. The problem is, you might have to try a couple of different ones because different people experience some annoying side effects from some like night time leg cramps, etc. Another tip, try different ones instead of taking additional meds to control the side effects if at all possible.

I loved this chapter. Their relationship is progressing faster than April expected and Jett is proving to be a more considerate lover than expected too.

At the end of the chapter I was crying for Pam. Loosing a child is something you don't get over. With time and support you do get better at dealing with it, but the feeling of loss remains immeasurable.
