    :( A 'good' thing about today was being at my brother's house when I found out that one of my friends has committed suicide this morning. Not the best definition of 'good' but there is nowhere else I would rather be getting news like that. My brother is the most supportive person I know and the best friend anyone could ever have. After hearing news like that it is time to look at what is around you and truly appreciate what you have. I love you Jay. Thank you for being you. As well as Jay I have the most important person in the world close by... my son, and my daughter and her beautiful girlfriend at the end of a phone. I am truly blessed.

    It must be a relief that it's over. Physio is hard but at least it is a step along the road. I hope that he keeps his positive attitude and that he will be home with his family very soon. Blessings

    Yes I have the power to change the world. Everyone does. Society is made up of every individual within it and if every individual stood up for what they believed and fulfilled their own potential then the whole of society would change and if every society changed the world would change. There are so many situations where one man or one woman, ordinary people, stood up for what they believed in and it changed everything. I am who I am... a green haired vampire lover of fallen angels and I refuse to be anything else. I believe that by doing that, by not hiding who and what I am, by standing up for the things I believe in and my right to believe them, that I have the power to change my world... everyone else's comes later.

    Woke up at my brother's house :) My little one was fast aleep next to me :) :) What more could there be???

    There have been over 300 deaths in the UK and many of them were young healthy people. On the other hand some elderly and apparently weak people have had only a mild dose.... eh well. Glad you are better. If you were pushing yourself too hard before then maybe it was the universe's way of telling you it's time to slow down and look after yourself better....or else. I hope you get the time and space to do just that from now on Take care of yourself.

    It's possibly oo late now but the venom in a bee or wasp sting is strongly alkali so vinegar is good to counteract it. It's good for the itching too, also good for nettle and poson ivy stingss. For soothing itching also dandelion and aloe vera, to help it heal honey.

    Musically - Alanis Morisette and Lily Allen because they are both unique and strong women Artistically - Money... I just love purple and the muted colours are awesome.. my favourite are the water lilies. Acting - Nichole Kidman and Jonny Depp.... for the same reason, their acting is awesome, characterisation unique and I would like to sleep with both of them.... at the same time if possible

    He's being incredibly brave, braver than I would be. I hope there are no further delays because it is awful when you have prepared yourself for something and then it gets put off. This is something that if it has to happen it's best to get it over with. I sincerely hope it will all go well and he is home and reocovering very shortly. Blessings Cheryl

    Good things today. - Woke up in my friends' house after an absolutely fabulous night with not too bad a hangover. - Got to spend time with two amazing people, three incredible babies, two cats and three dogs - Had an amazingly good journey up to my brother's home - Played fantastic imagination games with my beautiful boy all the way in the car. - bumped into a very sexy man at the services - I AM AT MY BROTHER'S FOR A WHOLE WEEK. - saw my brother and his partner, four cats, two quail, and two chickens. (black speckled hens... legendary) - get to see quail eggs hatch WHAT A DAY!! :)

    I tend to agree about Paradise Lost except that in the middle of all the boring stuff there really are some very beautiful passages. Besides it's about my all time favourite subject... fallen angels.

    My emotions define me. They are always close to the surface. You can always tell what I am thinking or feeling, I am a terrible liar because of it. Everything provokes an emotional response in me from a smell to a picture to a comment. Sometimes it means I am buffeted by the winds of change but I cherish every breeze and I am not afraid of the pain. I like the idea of ascendent suffering as that is what I am for, although being a bit of a masochist on the sly suffering is not necessarily an enemy to me.
