Robert makes Kalum question who he is as a person. Whilst this is ongoing, Kalum starts remembering parts of an accident he had when he was six years old. The more he tries to make sense of how he really feels about Robert and the more he tries to remember his accident the more aggressive and worse Jasper gets. As more insane memories come flooding back to Kalum, the more unexpected turns him and his friends face.

What happens if you take the wrong turn down the wrong path? How difficult is it to find your way back?

Woodrow is on a solitary mission to overcome the effects of a terrible trauma, in a spot that is special for all the wrong reasons. Will it turn out the way he planned? Will he find his peace?

Based in the Charming universe, Once Upon a Time is a collection of short stories inspired by the storytelling card game of the same name. For each short story, I incorporated five or more story cards and one ending card that are all selected at random. Each story includes elements of fairy tales in the modern world, romance between two men and a guaranteed happily ever after. The title of each short story will be the sentence of the ending card and the story cards will be listed at the end. Enjoy!

I had had many chances to hook-up, but I wasn’t built that way. Of course, there was the obvious fumbling with others growing up, nothing more serious than a couple of hand jobs after high school which left me unfulfilled. Anita Bryant, Jerry Fallwell, Newt Gingrich along with the not so moral majority, with their contract on America was unsettling to say the least. Gay boys and men were dying, and no one knew why, and much less interested in finding out why. To the best of my understanding, it was virtually impossible to catch AIDS or venereal diseases from your hand, warts maybe, eyeglasses were a risk I’d take. Then Mikey entered my life…
