Kip Meijer is probably the only tattoo apprentice in history without a single tattoo of his own. His appearance and skill change the atmosphere at the Brick and Tenth Tattoo Studio, but Kip has a secret, and he's been keeping his heart and his skin saved for something special. It'll be just his luck if the two things show up together.

Lots of ordinary things pass us by while we're busy doing other stuff. However, sometimes the veil gets thin and glimpses peek through of something brighter.

Harry and his buddies go downtown for a day of hanging out. They're seventeen-year-old guys with a lot on their minds, although by their take-life-as-it-comes attitudes you'd never know it.

When a crime is committed, it isn't just objects that are stolen. Trust and well being are also lost. For Dewey and Malcolm, they must figure out how to wash away the fear.

Sometimes they are the last link to the forgotten. I tried to imagine how it would feel.

At what point do you give up? Ryan spent half the semester 'studying' with Brady, the star hockey player at his new school, when Brady suddenly blindsides him in the park one day, changing their relationship forever. Ryan knows he's falling in love with the other teen, but there comes a point where he may have to draw the line and decide what's best for his heart.

A surprise visitor drops in unannounced and Ruben realizes he’s not alone. None of us are. The discovery shakes him to his core. When others want to make sure the secret remains a secret, what will he do? Turn his back and pretend nothing has happened? Or take a chance?

It was insane to think the whole world’s population had died in the span of a few weeks. If I focused on what I didn’t know, on the fear I’d never see another living soul, I’d start screaming and never stop.

So I didn’t.
