Kip Meijer is probably the only tattoo apprentice in history without a single tattoo of his own. His appearance and skill change the atmosphere at the Brick and Tenth Tattoo Studio, but Kip has a secret, and he's been keeping his heart and his skin saved for something special. Kyle had a loving family, great friends and he had just asked out Rachel, the most popular girl in school. However, the only thing he found himself thinking about was another boy, Colin.

These are some poems I wrote about a time in my life in my mid-teens, that was both painful and scarey for a young boy. I was facing both death and rejection. My grandfather had a lake we would go to and fish. But there were times I would go alone to just think and sort through everything happening in my life. This is my way of saying that if we would just stop and think our way through things, there is no mountain we cannot climb or no goal we cannot reach.

Sudal is the only verl in his clan. He has the honor of fulfilling a sacred duty for his people. No one cares if he wants actually wants that honor. Sudal will do his duty, but on the eve of adulthood he takes one stolen flight soaring alone through the freedom of the sky. One moment for himself can't hurt before he faces the scrutiny of the clan as they witness his success or failure... but do the gods feel the same way?
