I have been thinking back on my life since I lost Charlie, my first true love. The last 10 years have been good to me, now that Michael Earl Hendricks [Mike] my life partner has been part of my life. The Lazy L is raising Prime Black Angus cattle, and some of the finest blue ribbon quarter horses in Wyoming. There have been many twists and turns in our lives, we have a couple of new additions and some new ideas for things to come.

This promises to be an emotional roller coaster. It was my very first story in this genre and remains my favorite. Keep a box of tissue nearby. Both kinds of tears, happy and sad.
