This is a play script written a few years ago of which i've decided to edit and post on GA. Enjoy! Its actually based on the events of a bus journey i once had :)

Second Lieutenant Robert Blake found himself in a place where the natives look human but certainly do not act human. He is forced to re-examine his past and make some hard decisions about his life and his future.

Shawn Cotlin's life takes an unexpected turn when his eyes fall on a boy named Devin. From that moment on, he knows nothing will ever be the same again as love, hate, and need takes their tolls. As Shawn struggles to find himself, consequences and challenges are thrown into his face. He realizes he must pull down the stakes before they grow too high, or risk losing everything he ever was, and ever will be.

A 'Once Upon a Time' story that begins with two broken characters who were never meant to have happy endings.
