One Hundred Forty-Five Candles

This is a nice slice-of-life story told through a podcast format with a lot of good character moments. It's an understated story with main characters, who have been through a lot, but they literally get their cake and eat it

(PS: I need to watch a few episodes of The Great British Bake Off now after reading this, thanks @Aditus for reminding me )

A lovely short story, well baked by the author. I recommend you take a few minutes and read this sweet offering. Cheers!

First time reading a podcast. Such a cute short story about going after love, plus a bonus cake recipe. I haven’t made the cake, yet, but it appears to be enough for a regular sized cake. You’ll need to double it a few times if you want a meter wide cake like in the story.

Trigger warning: potential fire damage. Use excess candles at own risk.

A cute story with a delightful cake recipe. My recommendation is, make the cake and enjoy while you read the story.

A cake for two cuties in love. I wore a huge smile the entire time reading this celebration of love and life.

Not only do you get to read an interesting mock podcast interview with a cute, older gay couple, but Adi throws in a recipe to boot. It you're not a complete klutz in the kitchen like me, the photo of the cake looks amazing and it probably tastes delicious. Take your time and enjoy this adorable slice-of-life short story.

Creative, intriguing, and heartfelt. This oneshot was well worth the read. It even includes a recipe!
