it's about suicide, don't read if sensitive to the subject matter

I AM NOT SUICIDAL!!
I yell to anyone who will listen.
I am not suicidal.
But I don’t feel like living.
I am not suicidal.
Cutting myself makes the pain bearable.
I am not suicidal.
Its only a bottle a night and it taste good.
I am not suicidal.
The vodka makes the pills go down better.
I am not suicidal.
Driving fast, I like speed.
I am not suicidal.
I’m just after my next adrenaline fix.
I am not suicidal.
It’s only one more needle, it helps dull the pain.
I am not suicidal.
I need it for protection.
I am not suicidal.
Sex is fun and I like to eat.
I am not suicidal.
But I’m not lovable,
I am not suicidal.
I just wonder who I’m trying to convince.
