Moggy's Mutterings - 47. Winter

The last leaves of autumn are swept away
By cold winds of winter’s approach.
Snow will creep over the landscape like slow moving lava.
Blanketing the scene in brilliant shades of white.
Thus enrobed the land slumbers in darkness,
And reflects night-time stars into crystal lights,
Dancing in the sky in hues of red, blue and green of Northern lights.
So the land dreams, absorbing life giving water and waits for spring.

:glomp: thank you Parker. i view winter as more of the sleep required to heal. the land needs it as much as like a person needs sleep
