Moggy's Mutterings - 32. Friends

Friends, I remember you.
Those that had my back.
Those I cried to.
Those who cried on me.
Those who ripped my heart out.
Those I believed liked me.
Those who used me.
Those I found and those I lost.
I remember you all.
My friends,
I missed you all today.
I was feeling low
with no where to go.
You are no where to be seen.
Off together, with no breadcrumbs to follow.
Still, I remember you all.

Melancholy and nostalgic, this poem sings sad songs in my heart. It is lovely. And I shall start setting out breadcrumbs...
