Actually, getting away with it isn't that far-fetched. The detectors check for metal. I actually went through security a number of years ago with a bong in my carry on (by mistake), and no one caught it. Security is tighter, but the detectors aren't that much better.

I know people who went to Amsterdam and flew home with tons of hash on their bodies with no problems at all. Unless there's a dog, you're probably safe.

Well, the whole issue of dogs is one concern, but I mean if you have stuff in your luggage, it's usually not a good thing, and if stuff is on your body, it can change your appearance if you overdo it.

Drugs on a plane are passe. It's old and it has been done to death.

What I want to see is someone who brigngs a big, angry raccoon or a badger on a plane.

Now that would be really interesting.
