Michael9344 Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Okay... Maybe I shouldn't be posting this but Nigerian accent has been voted as the fifth sexiest accent in the world by cnn. Why isn't my phone singing? http://www.cnngo.com/explorations/life/worlds-sexiest-accents-130333
Nephylim Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Irish is my vote but I find all African accents sexy... it's not so much the accent it's beautiful, rich, dark voices that speak them. Mmmmm. And those big brown eyes...
Conner Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Definitely Irish! Colin Farrell. I rest my case.
Cyhort Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Am I the only person who finds the Italian accent really annoying? I'll definitely say Irish too but I like British more.
JamesSavik Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Am I the only person who finds the Italian accent really annoying? I'll definitely say Irish too but I like British more. Hey! Forgetaboutit.
Andrew Q Gordon Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Am I the only person who finds the Italian accent really annoying? I'll definitely say Irish too but I like British more. Yeah, I think so, unless you're thinking NY/NJ guido faux italian accents, then I'd agree with you. But real Italians, oh my yes - that's amore 1
K.C. Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Definitely Irish! Colin Farrell. I rest my case. Oh, I sooooo agree with you. My man's Irish accent is so sexy, I don't care what he's saying...he could yell at me for all I care!
Abersloth Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Oh yeah, English accent all the way. Nothing sexier than a thick Somerset accent "Oh harrrr, fetch me a point of scrumpy!"
AnytaSunday Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Aussies. Nuf' said! What're you on, mate? Ohhh, British, Scottish, Irish--shiver me timbers! 1
Site Administrator Cia Posted August 25, 2011 Site Administrator Posted August 25, 2011 Sorry, most don't like them but I'm all about the soft southern drawl. Not the sharp one or the yokel type. It's hard to really pin down because even southern accents vary from place to place but there's just something about a good slow 'Yes Ma'am' from a southern man that just... shivers... mmmm.

I love an authentic southern drawl. My favorites are central Texas, Georgia, and Virginia. Tommy Lee Jones' accent just sounds like home. 1
Site Administrator Cia Posted August 25, 2011 Site Administrator Posted August 25, 2011 Mmm... Georgia boys. Yep, love those.
Abersloth Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Mmm... Georgia boys. Yep, love those. The vocalist from The Fiddleheads. Georgia boy, gorgeous voice. Sexy.
Zolia Lily Posted August 30, 2011 Posted August 30, 2011 As an Aussie, i have to say, not many of us would think our accent is sexy. My sister got told she sounds like a farmer, and her accent is like mine- a very very mild aussie accent. As for me, Irish and Welsh, i think, and then Scottish. SCarlin Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 Being Scottish,I would have to agree with certain American Southern drawls, but not all of them - definitely never Texan - and not all drawls fit all individuals. I prefer the Georgian wholeness on a man, but find it hard to resist a woman with that Carolinian honey-drawl.
Former Member Posted September 5, 2011 Posted September 5, 2011 It would have to be the Welsh accent for me, also the standard US accent is nice as well. .
