Aditus Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 I believe that was Goldie Hawn in Overboard Sorry, but still not the movie I meant.
Aditus Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Clue: The story is told in a movie, a TV series and comicbook. Not a clue: I'm going to watch the movie tonight. You can't stop the signal.
mickey1952 Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 A movie AND a TV series? How about Serenity, of Firefly fame?
mickey1952 Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 How about...... I'll never let anybody put me in a cage!
Kitt Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 How about...... I'll never let anybody put me in a cage! Now that is an easy one! Breakfast At Tiffany's
mickey1952 Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 Hmmm. Kitt, you always get the ones I think might be a little tough. I'm gonna have to try harder with you. Your turn!
Kitt Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 LOL - blame that on my mothers penchant for "Saturday Afternoon at the Movies" on then WPIX channel 11, and the fact she hated sitting there alone watching! How about "Yes,yes. And I want to getr un-lost as soon as possible."
Tomas Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 A recent film. "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey"
Kitt Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 And you guys thought I only watched the old flicks. Your turn Thomas
Tomas Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 And you guys thought I only watched the old flicks. Your turn Thomas Heh! Heh! "Discipline is not the enemy of enthusiasm."
TLM280249 Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Heh! Heh! "Discipline is not the enemy of enthusiasm." "Lean on Me." Gotta love Morgan Freeman
Aditus Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 "Lean on Me." Gotta love Morgan Freeman The film left me with mixed feelings, but yeah Morgan Freeman...
TLM280249 Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 "Take two aspirin and call me in the morning. That's a doctor joke."
TLM280249 Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 I'm so clueless. Never thought this one would be so difficult. OK then a clue or two: It's a "remake" of a 1952 Western The original movie featured a song which was made famous by Frankie Laine (although Tex Ritter sung it in the movie) and won the first ever Oscar for a song not featured in a musical
Tomas Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 It seems to be taking an outlandish amount of time for the players to get this one. Oh well, just have to renew my patience card. LOL
Aditus Posted February 20, 2014 Posted February 20, 2014 So funny! I actually never saw the film, although I thought I watched almost every film with Sean Connery. Still I had to rely heavy on google without actually typing in the quote of course, so I'd prefer if someone else says the name.
