I have had eight kidney stones in my life.  All of them painfully passed through my penis passage.  The first three I had no idea what was going on -- they passed the same night.  All had sharp edges. Oww!

I haven't had orthodontic work, either.

And @chris191070, I haven't had a heart attack either, but both of my parents had heart attacks.
