I'm okay thank you Albert. It's been a busy day. Took Thistle to the vet this morning to have his teeth cleaned. It's an all day thing. Just brought him home. He's a bit out of sorts but okay. While he was away mum and I had brekkie out then went to market. Came home to put things away then mum went to have lunch and visit with a friend. While she did that I had a massage. Now I need to relax as there's a migraine building behind my left eye.

After a wet morning the sun is shining and the temps are good enough (18-20°C) that I've installed the window net and have it half open. It's a first time and so far Looping is being curious but good read not trying to escape and get run over by a car. He's on the floor under the window, listening to the city noises and lifting his head and smelling the air every time a car pass by the house. I'm still keeping a close eye on him though.

Tonight is a dump it all in the pan then in a bowl. Minced beef, tomato sauce, Thai rice. I'll admit it looks like puke but well it's good
