Sounds good. Dinner was balsamic pork chops with bacon, Brie, and pear risotto. Lemon-butter Brussels sprouts on the side. Now there's Guinness brownies with Bailey's Irish Cream frosting for dessert.

Mum's neighbor had homemade beef stew waiting in the fridge when we got home. It was simply heat and eat for a tasty meal.

Sounds delicious  I had cheesy riced broccoli and my own concoction of heavily seasoned ground beef, tomato/cream cheese sauce, topped with cheese.  I'm thinking of getting up early and going shopping tomorrow morning.  I'm not sure if I want to make oven Swiss steak or sweet potato/turkey chili tomorrow.
