I am making Flourless Peanut Butter cookies yum

Sounds good. Dinner was balsamic pork chops with bacon, Brie, and pear risotto. Lemon-butter Brussels sprouts on the side. Now there's Guinness brownies with Bailey's Irish Cream frosting for dessert.   :D

Why? I mean, I really like peanut butter cookies but why flourless?

Mum's neighbor had homemade beef stew waiting in the fridge when we got home. It was simply heat and eat for a tasty meal.

Sounds delicious :) I had cheesy riced broccoli and my own concoction of heavily seasoned ground beef, tomato/cream cheese sauce, topped with cheese.  I'm thinking of getting up early and going shopping tomorrow morning.  I'm not sure if I want to make oven Swiss steak or sweet potato/turkey chili tomorrow.

Now that we're here and I have time I'm off to read Gary's latest story.

I’m glad it was safe trip

No faceplants, we arrived safely. However, it's a chilly 47/8°, rainy and windy. Typical of November in PA.

Glad you're home safe, BTW.
