Ohhh, I see. I've had a few, 2 or 3 of one kind, 1 of another, a handful of another. Plenty remain even having made of trays of cookies to share. We made 19 varieties and most made 4 or 5 dozen. Yep plenty of cookies.

Last night my nephew tried to catch fish for the paella but instead feed a large string ray

It's Christmas Eve and the paella was a success

Emperor Snapper and Exmouth Prawns were great. The knives here are dreadful, couldn’t cut anything so had to use the bread knife 

Followed up with pavlova and fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries 

I can’t wait for the yumminess of tomorrow
