At first the provolone sounds an odd addition but provolone melts nicely and would provide body to the cream cheese and the smokiness would add depth to the chocolate. I could see it as a dessert mountain pie. 2 2

Nice and sloppy. Morning, bro. 2 4

Popular Post Marty Posted February 20, 2020 Popular Post Posted February 20, 2020 Hi all, and bye all... Spent most of the day pottering about the "new" house, doing a few jobs inside (as the weather was far too wet for outside work). Have to head out in less than an hour for some voluntary work I'll be involved with this evening. Left it a bit too late to cook a full meal, so I made myself a quick snack to keep me going. Toast covered with a small layer of mustard and thyme, then sliced tomato sprinkled with chopped coriander leaf, all covered with thinly sliced vintage cheddar with freshly ground black pepper added before putting back under the grill for two minutes, and then freshly cut rosemary sprinkled on top. Yummy! And it will certainly keep the wolf from the door until I get home in about 5 hours time. 2 4
