I would say I have enough to last a couple of weeks, but I usually like to stop at the store for things like fresh veggies. I'm not waiting in line for an hour for just a few items though. Now that we have confirmed cases in our area, I'm expecting things to get worse before they get better. I got worried and went to the store to get a few more things. Things looked scarce enough that I also went to the grocery store near my parents house to get some perishables for when they get back from their trip. The cashiers were talking about how bad things were on Friday and Saturday. Today, I saw plenty of employees working on restocking the shelves, so that was encouraging. 5 2

I'm not too worried about groceries at this point in time. We have plenty of stuff ready to use, even without making another trip to the store. If the store runs low on some items, we'll just have to stretch things out until they restock, or do without altogether. Geez. If you listen to some people, it's Y2K all over again. 4

It's similar to what happens before a snow storm. People would be stuck inside for maybe 2 days MAX and they all run to the store and clear out the bread and milk. When I hear of a storm coming, I go to the store for wine and chocolate, but maybe my priorities are just off. 6

I ran into a friend of my dad's, the other day. He joked that he'll just gargle Jamison Whiskey instead of using disinfectant. 5 1
