Haven't been on much, but still writing.   The lightning appears to be gone from my eyesight... this is the second day.   Blacksmith came today... he was long overdue, but he promised it wouldn't happen again. Seems he's been picking up a lot of new barns.

Coolish (14°C/52°F) day here for the time of year. No sign of sun, and persistent light rain. Looks like it's indoors work again for me today.

Good news on the vision front ... now bro don't do anything foolish i.e., trying to pick up barns like your blacksmith ... he must be really strong.

G'day y'all. It's noticeably warmer and more humid than yesterday. Yesterday was an absolutely lovely summer's day. Moderate temp, low humidity and a light breeze. Spent some time working in the yard, then my biweekly massage, a bit of lunch then the weekly call with mum. We chatted the entire afternoon, 4 hours. 

Today is going to be hot and humid. Forecast is for a high around 96/36° and tropical humidity. The heat index is expected to hit triple digits. No working outdoors today.
