My late husband told me this was on a math test he had to take in high school and no one got it right! If you are going down the road 55 mph (88.51 kph) and there is a fly in the vehicle. And the fly is flying from front to back. How fast is the fly flying? I am going to wait on @Drew Espinosa to see if he can answer correctly then if he can't then I will reveal the answer! 1 4

It's just a bit above freezing just like yesterday. Seems we're on a slight roller coaster. Temps drop below "normal" for a day or two, then warm to said normal for a day or two before rising above normal for a couple days before repeating the cycle. Mum and I are almost finished baking cookies. We should be done tomorrow or Friday. This morning I'll take advantage of the weather to make the last couple batches of peanut brittle. My son and dil had been thinking of coming to visit between Christmas and New Years but last night we talked with Jon and asked them to stay in PA. We would really like to see them. I saw them in Oct but mum hasn't seen them in over a year. With COVID we just don't think it's safe for any of us for them to travel here. I got a couple of inches of snow overnight. Cookie likes it. Morning, bro and Mum. Glad to hear you are being cautious. 3 5

Sherye Story Reader Posted December 9, 2020 Posted December 9, 2020 I wish my dog would not go outside and roll in the dirt! It not only gives her fleas, ticks and ear mites but it makes me sneeze having to smell the dirt on her! My poor allergies! 5

If the fly was outside the car and wanted to keep up with it, then it would need to fly at 55 mph. Not even a dragonfly can fly that fast.
