One cat in the condo is enough for me. She sheds like crazy so both he and I are constantly cleaning everything. Please don't volunteer to send any our way. They come in six packs. 1 4

You just reminded me of an early childhood memory of my Mom. She was very upset with our outdoor cat that decided the best place to have her litter was on my parent's bed. Mom was upset for a week after, but couldn't even shout at the cat like she wanted to, because she was afraid it would upset the mother cat. She thought it might affect the milk production and starve the kittens. 3 2

I know some I did great and some not so great but I've got great grades on papers i did for classes in smaller group (between 14 to 18/20) so I shall pass this semester 🤞 By the way in English I got a 17/20 on paper and a 14/20 for the oral presentation. Theme for both was: What would you change in the educational system? This afternoon subject was Law & Education. I chose 2 questions about trans kids. The run down it that officially (since 2015) if a kid ask for a change of name and gender on the school listings they need parental approval. But I also argue that knowing the stats about trans kids being more fragile (depression, suicide...) as a teacher, even if the parents don't agree to, it doesn't cost a penny to be a decent human being and to call them by their desire name and gender even if just unofficially in the classroom to make them feel welcome and at ease. It's sad that decency is now frowned upon by so many. Some don't even appear to understand the concept. 5

With toilets in the tropics, you also have to worry about frogs Not exactly toxic but will give you a bit of a fright in the middle of the night as you try to do your business on top of them 5

I guess I am sad today I’m coming up on the 15th anniversary of when my dad died. I’ll probably forget on the day, I always do. I still consider the worst day of my life. Long story as to why, but it was a situation where I ended up getting the phone call and dealing with the initial aftermath. But anyway, I’m right there with you. I miss my dad all the time. 5
Popular Post clochette Posted May 12, 2022 Popular Post Posted May 12, 2022 OMG I almost had a heart attack! It's 20°C so the window is opened and I can hear birds chirping over the noises of the city. As it's over 6pm I'm at the stove stirring the sauce for tonight lasagna. Looping is on his tower by the window, meowing as he always does when I'm cooking and he's trying to get wet food. Then I turn around to tell him to shut up for the umpteenth time but there I see him... OUTSIDE!!! Sitting on the window sill, he had slipt under to mosquito net. Luckily by the time I round up outside he had only made it by my car but was frozen in place, scared and probably regretting his decision to try to escape. Idiot! Now he's on the bed pouting and the window is closed! 1 5

On June 15th it'll be 2 years for Mom... So much as change since making it feels like way more yet everyday I feel like it was just yesterday. So much it'd like to tell her and even more I regret not telling her. 5
