Fish and poultry are great for your diet.  Back when I was clean eating that was the majority of the protein I ate.  I don't eat a ton of red meat, I won't ever swear it off, but it's more of an occasional thing.  I want meat that's good for my heart.  I  only eat pork occasionally.  Usually pork chops once a month.  I know some great recipes for them.
