Hi gang

We made it safely to the rental apartment. It's really nice. I'm currently watching the sun sets and ogling the cute guys playing volley ball on the sand from the balcony 

This afternoon we had an ice cream from the best place ever! The balls are so big just one is enough. Just as we were saying that while licking ours a guy in his early 20 passed by and his balls (of ice cream) fell on the ground  he didn't didn't twice before bending down and picking them back on his cone

Wow! Walking in that kind of heat is not so fun.  Aircon relief is one of my mainstays here.  How are your animals taking the heat?

My mare handles the heat well... lots of shade in her paddock.

Hi Clo  Yes, I am seeing double, but it is because one eye sees great and the other is barely working.  They just can't seem to get focused at the same time and place anymore.  I am really excited about getting them both to work again.  Surgery is for next week I hope.

Hi Terry

Cold but no rain or wind today. The wind was quite fierce here but it’s now heading to the east coast. We had some minor flooding on the roads but all good now 

I think I might make a trip to the laundromat as clothes will not dry in this weather. Not exactly a huge treat but I do like putting on warm socks
