I’m just one of a group of contributors that provide story reviews on that blog about twice a month. It’s a feature that was pretty widely viewed back in the day when I first joined GA, but now it seems a bit forgotten. It shouldn't be forgotten. It provides a valuable service to both readers and authors. I've noticed the apathy, though, and it's a shame. 2 3

You just got a new follower for the blog. I also follow a few other blogs, but like this had to find out about them indirectly. As GA has grown, so has the list of blogs, so it takes more effort to find blogs that I might be interested reading. Maybe a grouping or tag identifying blog content might help readers find blogs of interest to them. I hope to read more in this blog now that I am following it. Again, thanks for the feature and all the work you do to improve the GA site, Spike! 6

Well I can’t take too much credit, I just sign up for slots and pick a story to review, we do what we can not pick the same authors too much, and change up what kind of stories we review. There’s a few site staff members who carry the burden of keeping up with everything and reminding us to get a review done. Edited October 11, 2022 by spike382 3 3

And all of this work is being carried out so that I can read great stories 7

Soup is one of the best things about the cooler weather. I love pumpkin soup with toast Add a touch of ginger for extra warmth… 5

Speaking of orchids, I'm really happy cause I managed to save my mom's last orchid this summer! It only had 3 leaves left including one that was limp and turning brownish/greyish. Turns out dad was watering it too much, the roots were rooting! By the end of August it had grown new leaves and is now thriving! 4 1
clochette Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Omg it was awful this morning is class! The first 2 hours we were in a regular classroom but it was so so so cold, we could feel cold air coming from vents at the windows (apparently there's a CO2 regulation system that blows air). The next 2 hours we were all in an amphitheater where it was even colder! I was colder inside Tham outside so it must have been around 13°C - 15° top. I was in my coat and yet shivering so bad I had troubles typing I didn't stay for the afternoon class. 1 4
clochette Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Bonjour my favorite gang of misfits! How are you all doing today? 5

Seriously, that thing has to actively be running to keep the temperature that low in a room with multiple people inside. 5

We asked for the AC a couple of weeks ago as there was none and it wa suffocating (over 30°!). Learly they have no sense of logic and average 1 3 2
