I can't afford to get distracted by reading other stories. I don't know about you, Man, but I hold all these conversations and plot threads in my head while I'm writing, and they are on a loop with me constantly fine tuning them, turning them over and over to look for flaws. I can do it while I'm doing chores like mowing or watering or laundry or picking up supplies and such, but reading tends to muck the process up.  I wrote an intense chapter yesterday, and it was all I thought about the last week or so... and the next will be just as tricky... maybe even more so. Cheers!

I know what you mean, I've had a lot going on with work and other commitments which have been distracting me. Each time I've sat down to write I've only managed a paragraph or two, so I've ended up reading instead. Now things are looking up I intend to apply more of my time to my writing, I want to finish my current story and I've got other ideas floating about in my head too.

Hey Mister T  I'm good, I've been decluttering my closet (somehow there was still some notes from high school in there over 10 years ago!) Aka Narnia  Now I have to finish organizing my yarns into big storage bins. 

I don't have much planned for the weekend except goimg grocery shopping and cleaning the house as dad is coming back from holidays Saturday night. Oh and I need to find a present for my brother's birthday next week

Well between old notes and yarn I've chosen my priorities  

It's a full build in closet taking up a whole side of my bedroom and it was overflowing with more stuff in front making it almost impossible to walk around the bed  it was way past time I set my mind on it
