Hey, buddy.  Happy for you! I like my new laptop very much. I'm getting used to the differently spaced keyboard. Still make a lot of mistakes, but I'm getting better. The keys have some bounce to them too I'm not used to, but it is super fast and the colors are much richer than my previous one. Battery lasts longer too.   It's weird how we all got new machines at the same time.

Another chapter done. I'm worried I'm writing a boring story with stuff only I find interesting... but... I worry too much anyway. There is a lot of narrative, and it is kind of cerebral at times, but I've written cerebral stories before.

I know I'm writing a boring story with stuff I find interesting.   And it's fine because it's my story and I like it.    I'm sure your readers will like the things you write because it's you writing them and you're a great writer.

I'm considering a new tablet. I very rarely use my laptop but the tablet is used daily. It's the only way I can read. There's too much reflected light from the pages of books and magazines for me to read them.

The migraine finally eased today. To celebrate I made crabcakes,  fresh corn on the cob and Greek salad for dinner. Sorry, no pictures 'cause we were hungry.
