Popular Post Page Scrawler Posted August 6, 2023 Popular Post Posted August 6, 2023 Just got a call from my boss, asking if I could work 11 - 3 tomorrow. I said that I had plans with my family and wouldn't be available. The "plan" is to simply sit on the sofa and watch movies with my husband and son. I don't feel guilty. I've given enough of my time to the restaurant for one week. 1 6

You can serve it with thickened cream or ice cream - my sister and I both vote for vanilla ice cream 5

It was really chilly at my sister's place. The nights got down to -1C and fog lasted until late morning 1 5

Where the south has been suffering from the heat, up north we didn't have big temperatures all summer and the last 2-3 weeks have been fresh with almost non stop rain, add the spring tide effect the last couple of days et voilà. Hopefully we'll have a nice long summer in September and early October 5

But I have resisted and have my fingers crossed for better weather. 🤞 5

Popular Post CassieQ Posted August 6, 2023 Popular Post Posted August 6, 2023 Completely freaked out. Sweating my way through my workout when I hear, quite clearly, the sound of someone knocking. Upstairs. I live alone and the cats were in the room. 8
