Although we do have a blue Brie that is quite nice. Not sure who makes it but it’s a great addition to a cheese board in Spring.

And I haven’t had a blue cheese dipping sauce for mushrooms but I reckon it would work :)

Cheese sauce made with blue cheese is great for dipping, it's really tasty. As blue cheese has a strong flavour you don't need to use as much cheese as you normally would. I sometimes have it with steak or roast gammon, it gives extra flavour to the meal. 

I think you would like it.

I had ficelles picardes for dinner. So good that I didn't though about taking a picture :gikkle: (I was lazy so switched the bechamel for some sour cream)
