I’ve only ever had mussels, and I like those.  I was going to try oysters when I was in New Orleans for a single night.  But sadly the restaurant I went to was out. That was the year of that BP oil spill in the Gulf, and that had an impact  on what fresh seafood was available.

I like all shellfish, I love BBQ oysters. With BBQ sauce or with garlic and butter so good!
