Thank you, this is very comforting.   Funnily enough, this happened just days after my last therapy appointment (I'm a mess, lol) but I'll bring it up next time.

I'm also the one who lives 5 minutes from her and who takes care of her ;) I used to feel guilty about all the things she pays for me but then I realized her niece and nephew only visit her 3-4 times a year and call about once a month (and that's only those on my family, she has over twenty others nephews/nieces who never get in touch). She's my maternal grandmother's sister, she was constantly around so she's more like another grandma.

I'm proofreading a chapter where a character has stubbed his toe.  I have broken two toes, this year, from stubbing them and it's really hard for me not to break his foot right now.  :P
