How to describe awkward: after class I had to stop downtown to pick up my SIL's present. It was 4.30 so I decide to hang around, take a look at the Christmas market as I hadn't done it yet and take a look in a couple of shops. I was I a clothes shop looking around when I heard a clac-clac sound I know very well and voices getting closer I recognize. Guess who it was? *drums rolls* my great-aunt with my dear aunt I don't speak to and who I haven't seen in 4 years, there was also my cousin and a friend of her. I hear them saying "I think it's her, yeah I recognize her". So I turned around (I could very well hide or pretend I hadn't heard them as they were very close and it would have been obvious I was running away). Great-aunt came to me so we say hi and there was this awkward moment when they were all wanton to see what I'd do and what I'd say. So I said hello to my aunt too (and the kiss too as we're french). I then ignore her as my great-aunt was talking to me. 

The only time I take a moment to go downtown and take a look around of course we cross paths
