I tell her to stay, and she watches them disappear. Border Collies are amazing. It's the same with the beef cattle around my farm. She watches them through the fence, when they are really close, but has never gotten stupid. Border Collies are, without doubt, the most intelligent breed of dog going. 5 hours ago, Headstall said: I wrote a poem... https://gayauthors.org/story/headstall/headstallsreflections/68 And very good it is too! 3 hours ago, dughlas said: Albert, I don't think his lifting anything, he's just sittin' there. 2 hours ago, BabyXander1990 said: I think he's lifting some wood...😇 It actually looked to me as though he was trying to keep something down, rather than lifting anything... <Waves to everyone> 👋 Hi gang! He looks just like a dream I had...🤔 Hell I thought I was in a role of FANTASIA...🤔😏😊😄 The Chippewa have a legend, regarding a young man named Pukawiss. His father was a human chieftain, but his mother was a forest spirit. He wouldn't hunt, swim, run in footraces, or do any other "manly" things. He just liked to watch the animals in their natural surroundings. His father ignored him in favor of his younger brother, Maudjee-kawiss. Pukawiss eventually taught his tribe how to dance, based on the movements of the animals he had observed. When Dennis and I were 13, Dennis' parents took us to it. There was a boy dressed in his costume (buckskin) and his dance was beautiful. So was the boy, too. 2 1
