Story Names in the Name of the Chapter

I recently posted a topic in the help section about notifications and the activity stream not showing the name of the story and only the name of the chapter. For my own sanity, I started putting the name of the story or an abbreviated name of the series and series number in the title of the chapter. I do this so when someone responds to one of my chapters, I know which one they are talking about. It's less accurate with other Author's stories. So I ask... When posting new chapters, and stories would you include the story name in some fashion in it?

Hm, to me that feels really clunky and unintuitive... I doubt I'll be doing that.
