Louisianna will be serving up Scrapple for us today.

Microtia Awareness Day dedicates November 9th to spreading hope and knowledge concerning a congenital disability, which derives its name from the Latin terms for little ears. Mark the calendar and think of the number 9 as the shape of an ear.

I see it is correctable with plastic surgery, but I imagine like cleft lip, there is a disproportionate population in parts of the world where that isn't an option :(

It's National Civic Pride Day so we'll celebrate by serving Vanilia Cupcakes for the Marine Corps Birthday

It's also National-Forget-Me-Not Day

As promised yesterday, for lunch you'll have a choice of French Dip or, Chicken Soup for the Soul, or both.

Later on, we'll have Pizza with Everything Except Anchovies.

I've seen some cooking shows recently where the cooks say Anchovies aren't as salty as you think they are. You can rinse them and pat them dry if you want. I think the main issue is the hairy look they have.

After all the French Dips, Bowls of Soup and Pizza from yesterday, all we're having is Indian Pudding
