Site Administrator Popular Post Valkyrie Posted July 23 Site Administrator Popular Post Posted July 23 Like for many others, Ozzy was an icon of my youth. I remember being on the bus in fifth grade and my BFF at the time putting a cassette in a tape deck and blasting Black Sabbath. It was my first introduction to Ozzy, and my BFF was considered the coolest kid around for doing that. Sadly, he ended up passing way too young after cleaning himself up after a troubled youth. Rock on, Ozzy and Cory. Rock on. 7 1
Popular Post Slytherin Posted July 23 Popular Post Posted July 23 (edited) No one made ballads like Ozzy I am glad that the farewell concert took place a few weeks ago and he could meet his fans, friends and collegues. RIP Ozzy Edited July 23 by Slytherin 8
Popular Post Jeff Burton Posted July 23 Popular Post Posted July 23 Damn, rest in peace Ozzy. Thanks for No More Tears my absolute, favorite, never skip when it comes up, song. 8
Site Administrator Popular Post wildone Posted July 23 Site Administrator Popular Post Posted July 23 This has to be my favourite ballad. AI says this about the song: "Mama, I'm Coming Home" by Ozzy Osbourne is a song about returning to his wife, Sharon, after a period of chaos and addiction. The lyrics express a desire to come home to her, finding solace and redemption after being lost in a difficult time. It's a heartfelt message dedicated to Sharon for her unwavering support during his struggles. The song is also interpreted as a farewell letter to life itself, as Ozzy reflects on his past and finds peace I hope he has found that peace not only with Sharon, but everyone 6 2

Bill W Posted August 4 Posted August 4 Where all getting old and the icons from our youth are getting even older and we're losing them one at a time. Rest in peace, Ozzy, and I know Sharon is heartbroken, so I hope she's able to survive without you. 2 3
