OMG! Thank god I was never a teenage boy! Jeez...the issues with you guys in the locker rooms! We girls got showered communally, got dressed, did our hair and make-up and went to our next class. I think the focus was more on showering as quick as possible to have enough time to do the hair/make-up thing, but honestly after the first class in 7th grade it was no big deal. There were times I enjoyed the view, but all in all, nudity was no big deal. Good thing, the average gym towel was only the size of a hand towel where I went to school, lol.

As I am completely non-techie I am amazed at all of the work that the admin and mods put in here on GA. Thanks to Graeme, Steph and Shadowgod for their hard work on the anthology section, it's wonderful!

Well I spoke to you about this already, but my two cents are that we shouldn't have to categorize ourselves as one or the other. I am bi..but I live "straight" since the person I met that made me "choose" a gender I preferred happened to be male. You will be happy one day, in some relationship, until then why worry about leaning one way or the other? It will all come down to a person, not a gender! There's your smile and happy thought too btw, another one for the day!

Yes, religion in the past really did fund most of the major art that still resounds across the world today. They were simply the only ones who could economically afford it, not to mention that as a "glory to god" it wasn't considered excess like many of the nobles artistic endeavors were. It's too bad that more of that is not occuring today.

Well...I have little good to say about modern religious establishments, other than I treat them similar to the ancient religions that are considered myths...that being said, I have met religious people who I have loved, and who have made a huge impact on my life. I would say that religion is the defining factor in their lives and they would say the same, yet we were able to become great friends anyways. I would always be eternally grateful to the family that "adopted" me when I chose to try Christianity when I was a pre-teen on my own. Without them I would never have given it a chance or met such wonderful people, even if I could not continue with that branch of the faith.

I'm a bbq chicken gal myself..add some spicy cheese...yum, but I'll take cheddar/mozzarella if there's nothing else. Local pizza joint does it good, but mine is the best of course!

I had to renew my license at either full term pregnant or having just had a newborn. I ended up having my son early, so newborn it was. Soo..just had baby boy, little to no sleep, extra weight...can you imagine the picture hell I am carrying in my wallet?
