Connor should realize that once on the run, the first folks to be interviewed, are those closest such as family, hopefully it isn't the government or police type outfit...At the rate they are going, they will be out of cash soon

It will take some thinking, but the boys need to rethink their exercise 'program'...There has to be some other animal they can easily transition into and avoid the possibilities such as we saw in this chapter... More to the point, the witch next door needs to learn her place. Personally, I would never take that type of attitude or comments without resolving the issue right there and then, by letting her know in no uncertain terms that she needs to mind her own business.

Do you mean stereotypical or formulaic?

All I got is...

Thank you for taking the time to gift us with your efforts!!!

What a fustercluck of a day/wedding, you had me smiling all the way through the chapter!!! Well done!!!!

I can only expect to see Tarn in the future, and it won't bode very well. Let's not forget the old beggar either...

It is a pleasure to watch both of these guys grow into their relationship and the exploration of their pasts!! Quite frankly, there's nothing wrong with being portrayed as normal!!!

It sucks getting older, at least you're leaving the Depends on the store shelf!!! My 70th is a few weeks down the road, and parts of me I never knew existed are delightfully letting me know all about them!!! Here's hoping that things begin to resolve themselves quickly!!! Hey @weinerdog... 2nd on pg 3!!!!

My...my...my...sparks and fireworks flying in all sorts of ways, a damsel rescued by a shining, tho a thoroughly soaked, shining knight, a prince experiencing a whole new sexual first (devolving into menage a trois...how many times can you lose your virginity???), Winkler's best friend leaving him stunned and in tears, and the ship is still at anchor!!! Just another ordinary day in the life of one George Granger, this breakout of peace could be very hazardous to one's health!@!!!!!

Sorta like my golf game which is better described as a good walk spoiled!! Manny's tennis goal was to not lose every game to Rocky without scoring a point. As he'd said before, not enough ambition to set a lofty goal, like actually beating Rocky in a game. Winning just a set wasn't something that would ever happen, either. Well as long as you aren't diagonal on the bicycle on the way to the delicatessen!!! Loved this chapter...and the comments!!!

Oh my, this isn't going to go over well, I pity the poor fool that picked on Jarred!!

Let's see what red herrings the search warrant turns up!!!

One has to wonder why this planet has been spared, missed, or overlooked....and for how long will it remain so...Are the Godstrolls a mating pair, have they produced any young???

It would seem misery loves company; the family dynamics would appear to complicate any budding romance between Riley and Cedric...

Well...this is a new twist of dysfunctional family dynamics!!!

Not to mention @Mrsgnomie as well!!

Hope @weinerdog ain't peeking...your number 1 comment on page 2!!!!

Not to mention the 'ed' at the end of that 'F" word...

Billy not only destroyed the POS poising as an aggrieved father, what was partially overlooked was the number he did on Judge Krustypants...he has boxed him in so completely it may be nigh on to impossible to cure his medical condition, Stickupyourasssideways... Just where is the child support going to come from, his relationship with the human chimney just self-immolated... Attorney Clark, do you get the sense he's losing his fees, considering 20 additional witnesses...is he as stupid as the POS he's representing...does he have a clue as to where the funds are coming from for his invoices...is it the human chimney or...the hope/promise of another source...one that may be somewhat considerable??? I have to wonder if one of the boy's close relatives possibly won the lottery....I've been clear from the beginning that significant $$$ has to be involved... As to tort reform, it is way past time for doing this...I worked for a consulting engineering firm, who through no fault of their own would be sued, generally the contractor following the architect's plans were at issue, but because the firm was involved on the periphery, they were included in the lawsuit, and the firm's insurance company always settled... Oh...and I suspect the human chimney just may have a new attitude concerning the POS she married...bet she channels her inner Betty White...

And another adventure begins, let's hope for smooth sailing, so to speak!!!

In the dictionary of phrases when one looks up the definition "Force of Nature" Granny Wanda's image is nest to the phrase... Now, to visit Prince George...

For someone who wants to leave nothing to chance, he's made his first mistake letting his impetuous daughter have her way... Jolanda, on the other hand, he trusted completely, and Isendar Vargan usually did not deny her only daughter anything. "Okay, you'll be on your way as soon as possible." "Thank you, Daddy," Jolanda whispered, kissing her father on the cheek. "You will have full authority in the city and I will give you a certificate to prove it." Jolanda nodded enthusiastically and looked as if she wanted to shuffle off. Before Jolanda left, Isendar said, "Go, my girl, but be careful. These days there are other hunters than the Shadow Cross, parties from whom even I cannot protect you. We are currently having a dice game at every table in the tavern, if you know what I mean." Jolanda nodded seriously.

This does not bode well... Even with these measures, I had radically reduced my total military force around England, creating an opening for the worst event in my reign.

Hummm, food for thought, could this be related to the A-Holes who have wiped out hundreds of billions of sentient species??? Stawren took a breath. “Ten years ago, their people were almost entirely wiped out,” and she added, “so were mine.” Lyoth and Captain Suoki were startled by her reminder of the plague. “The Allarei and the Voscijas both almost disappeared from the universe at the same time,” Stawren stated. “Did something happen ten years ago that links the plague on Allthrin to the genocide of the Voscijas? Lyoth, I can’t help but keep thinking about that bartender in Raxtack City who told us the plague was actually an intentional genocide. If what he said was true, if the plague was a secret attempt to massacre my people, it coincides with the slaughter of the Voscijas. Do you think there’s any chance they’re connected?” You aren't alone in that thought... She laughed again. “Every time I learn something new, I realize that I still have so much more to learn! Who knew how fascinating I would find the study of godstrolls?”
