Loan Fallout and New School, New Problems
drsawzall commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Loan Fallout and New School, New Problems
Glad to see the families have worked out their issues, school however is a mixed bag, thank goodness for Drew, Marty needs to learn the better issue of discretion...what goes around... -

I suspect Struan's CO is a jackass, with an unmatched ability to snatch Defeat from the Jaws of Victory...Is it possible he could make his resignation immediate??? One has to wonder...with weeks left in his 10 year term of service, what is the most remote Army outpost they could send him to??? I suspect his soon to be former CO wants his own vacation retreat...

One has to hope that those children see past the bigotry of their fathers...another heartwarming chapter despite the rough patch...So sad some folks never learn that life is too short for that type of BS...

A lesson that perseverance does and will pay off, that with patience and courage...it does get better!! Having said that Josh, despite his embarrassment, should have gone to the police station, from the looks/sounds of it, there was plenty enough DNA to obtain a conviction for rape and child pornography...but I digress from what was an amazing story of courage!

Valrinda hasn't finished with the assailant(s) yet would be my guess... I hold and have no sympthany for the so-called cat Parallax. Once the star is found that cat needs to be booted swiftly in the backside and a being worthy of the responsibility given the job... He was too tired and too frustrated to be indignant. Well, too indignant. “What do you mean, you don’t know? Aren’t you supposed to be my guide?” He’d taken that to mean that Parallax was sending him someone that would know where to find the star that had been taken from him, but he was getting more and more of an idea that Valrinda was more along for the ride. Not that he wasn’t a wealth of knowledge about the world that Beckett found himself in. He’d have had no idea where to go or how to find the road, how to trade to get money, his new clothes and stuff. Not to mention he’d probably have been killed by one beast or another. There were probably smaller things that didn’t come near a dragon but would consider a human a tasty snack.

Well, what a piece of work the Lt Colonel is, a sneaky bas^$rd!! It may be quiet at the compound at the moment but where are the two thieves, more importantly, who's feeding them info???

Thank god for Aunt Marie and Uncle Steve...getting the boys professional help will work wonders... Sadly, I am of the opinion that Stacy and her mother just may be just a tad beyond help...Mother needs to have a serious intervention with Child Welfare Services regarding her parenting skills... Will we see Seth's father make an appearance now???

I had to put this down for a bit, such a pathetic band of frigging losers...sheesh...Do these folks all get their fix from the local shake and shake shop called... I'll change my opinion with Ty for now, there may be hope for the boy regardless of how he swings Then, what are the chances Stacey goes all Sissy Spacek at the dance when she find out Craig is gay

Dr Dull...self-medicating I see... With shaky hands, Dr. Dull pulled a bottle from his desk, took two big gulps, and put it back. “Perhaps if you stopped suppressing your emotions and dealt with them in a healthy way, you wouldn’t lose control like this.” What could possibly go wrong/right at a sleepover???

Well...I am not the only one who picked up on some not to subtile clues.... I ran at a slower pace than normal, not wanting to wear Scott out. I kept an eye on him, watching for signs he was tiring, but he was keeping up and didn’t seem to be falling behind. By the time we had turned up the road to the farmhouse, my shirt was soaked. The humid morning was keeping my sweat from evaporating. When we stopped by the barn, I turned and noticed Scott’s shirt was still dry. ‘Dang, he’s in better shape than I expected,’ I thought as we both took a drink from our water bottles. Important to note what is underlined above... “He was great! I helped him around the house a lot, and he told me all about his life as a boy in Germany during the war. The funny thing is, he’s got a grandson named Scotty.” “No way? I bet you thought I was him when you first saw me.” Scott said with a laugh. “Nah, I met him over Christmas, like two years ago. He was eight or nine then, so unless you’ve time traveled, you’re not him.” I said, then I looked at Scott in mock surprise “Do you have a DeLorean hidden in an old barn somewhere?” “Nope,” he said. “I just age really fast, but I’m almost done with that now.” Again, what is underlined above As we shopped for the food on my list, the conversation turned to some of the supernatural aspects of Roeder's books. I said they were nice in stories but didn't believe in those things. Scott was shocked until I explained that I didn't disbelieve either. I'm smart enough to know that I don't know everything, and if I were given evidence of something, I'd reconsider, but it all seemed so unlikely. Angels, ghosts, witches, werewolves, and vampires couldn't have been around for thousands of years without someone having discovered them. He said many things in science had been unknown until recently, and many more were still unknown. I want to say Scott is a Vampire but he travels well in the sun...humm...I know that dogs and other canines don't sweat...so again...hummm Type faster...post quicker please and thanks!!!
