Does he have a secret stash fund in a bank somewhere? When pressed for any and all sources of income in depositions, could those funds be impounded? Rather, I would guess that somehow he's been able to secure access to other people's money, most likely lent on usurious terms, from folks who expect a timely return, and a vig that is quite onerous...
