This is a story based on Friday's prompts and Billy Joel's song 'Piano Man'. There will be no rummaging around in past prompt themes. Every time something triggers the plot bunnies to jump, I'll write a new chapter. Therefore, there might be weeks in between chapters, where I won’t add anything new. I plan to alternate between Martin’s and Roman’s POV. There is no real plan, or direction where this will go, I'm open to ideas and suggestions.

Sicily, in Matteo’s kitchen I was cutting vegetables and stirring the soup under close observation of the Lord of the kitchen. If I proved myself worthy, I would be permitted to cook a minestrone all by myself eventually, naturally only as a trial. For our lunch, not for the guests, heaven forbid! Jonah is being nice, because that's just who he is. He can't stand beside someone who suffers without trying to help them.
