As the others have said, it is interesting to see Chris wake up and re-discover himself. He was so used to accepting other's beliefs as his own, he really never stopped to think. as he is now. I am wondering where this story is in the RWTP timeline and what Chris will have to say about some of the events that happen.

Wonderful story. With the malaise still affecting other packs and the news of the silver/copper, there seems to be plenty of material for more stories. I would love to read some more. Thank you for giving us this world.

Great chapter CJ finally saying out loud that he loved Owen was sweet and wonderful. -
I really like the way the story is unfolding. II read over RWTP where Chris is exiled and I can see the seeds for this story there. This is turning out to be a very interesting path for the story and I look forward to reading more.

It's amusing the way CJ just keeps collecting politicians. I'm also glad that Thiago is no longer with that girl; she wasn't good enough for him. Another great chapter and I look forward to the next. Have a good weekend. -
A good start to what should be an interesting story. In this case, the journal angle really works well in helping us understand Chris. I wouldn't have guessed he'd be the center of Story 2, but I think it was a nice choice and I look forward to more.

Although it feels a bit redundant as I've said it so many times, but another excellent chapter. One point about Thiago, I hope the coming party gets his "ball and chain" out of his life.

As usual, a great chapter. A bit too political for me but politics does run the world. I liked CJ reaming out Rubio; he deserved it. I really love these characters, but I think Brett is one of my favorites. I love them counting the CJs. Too funny. Okiegrad mentioned Ritchie's age and I was also curious so I checked out something I remembered. Ritchie mentioned in September that Sasha is a year ahead of him and she was born in 2001, so, according to my math, Ritchie was probably born in 2002 or 3, making him about 12 or 13.

Great chapter. It was nice seeing the Squad together again. I'm also curious about what CJ wants to do that will be expensive. Oh, well. See you in a week.

Another great chapter. I liked CJ's comment about the energy in Manhattan as it's what I love about it. It's my home city and I used to work in Manhattan. My favorite place is Times Square in the evening with all the lights and people rushing around. Nowhere else like it.

CJ's Squad? I love it; it just seems so right. It was a great chapter and it was nice to read how everyone is getting along. I do miss Harley and the rest of the Squad. I wasn't sure you would post another chapter since the mixup with the last one posting early but I was so glad to see it this morning. Thank you and have a great weekend.

I say go the legal way and get rid of the corruption in the town. They will never be truly safe with the people in power now.

It's about time Brad was confronted about his drinking. I do think that it's a bit more than having the sudden freedom and hope Brad is able to resolve whatever the underlying problem is. As always, loved the chapter and as for Brett's premature empty nesting, he will have Ritchie around by then,. Look forward to Ritchie coming to live with them.

Great chapter. It was good that CJ and Owen compromised and that they learned no couple goes through life without disagreeing. What matters is how you handle it. I was looking forward to more about Ritchie moving to DC but,given how good this chapter was, it can wait.

Another excellent chapter. Ritchie moving to DC is no surprise, as the story has been heading there. It will be good to see him more and the brothers are good together. CJ's refusal to the senator was perfect. He said no, gave him a precise reason and was polite the whole time. I can easily see him having something to do in the future with politics. See you next Friday!

Another great chapter. Like Cesar, I sometimes wondered if CJ was growing up too fast and was too mature mentally, but it's simply his nature. Some people do mature early, some never do. CJ still has his less-than-mature moments, which are good to see. Liked the way the whole Ethan incident played out. I like Ritchie and can see him someday moving up to DC. His grandparents are old and may find they have the desire but not the energy to raise Ritchie. At the same time, he's the last link to their daughter so it would be a tough call. As always, love the story. You start my Fridays off on a good note and I look forward to reading more.

I've missed some chapters so I might have missed some things but now that Troy is back, it's time Lisa was told. Do not underestimate what a mother can do if she perceives her child are in some way threatened. A good fight might be just what she needs to really start coming back.

Poor Richie. A tragedy for him but I know the family will all come together for him. You've made these people feel so real to me, I keep thinking I need to send a sympathy card.
