Arrival in Williamsburg

My one observation is the flow between chapters is very rough. There often doesn’t seem to be any connection other than the actual characters. I love the characters but each 1-2 chapters could almost be a separate short story. -

Ok, after all the revelations in this chapter, I have a wild and crazy proposition. What if the reason dear old dad doesn’t want Nathan around Annie is because she/Annie belongs to daddy dearest and not Nathan?

I am almost afraid you’ve backed yourself into a corner that I hope you can write the inhabitants of Keller Hall out of. You have created such a hopeless scenario that I’m having trouble seeing how they will survive. Who are they going to find that can or will stand up to Gary, et al? Especially on such short notice.

Question for @Yeoldebard, is Blake intended to be the mate for both Erith/Gara and Adam? My memory is telling me that Erith mentioned that earlier and now Adam has as well.
