Such a relief, both about Zara coming to her senses (the fire was good for something) and Alex finally coming clean about his addiciton and agreeing to see a counselor.
Phew, thank heavens for clever and observant sisters. Liz saved the day. Alex really need to see a counsellor or someone who can help him fight his stupidity about gambling.
It never rains, but it pours. Poor Jeremy, one disaster after another. But at least it made Alex come to the right conclusion: he needs to be there for his boyfriend.
There is no excuse for Brandon, he didn't listen when Jer tried to shut him up. And he led with his money on the first date, so how can he be surprised about Alex' impression of him.
Well, Natalie was a surprise, but I'm a lot more worried about Alex having a betting app on his phone. He needs to tell Jer the truth and admit to being a betting addict who needs helps and to be distracted. Kisses would be good.
At least, they're both being honest and sensible. Not all this pussyfooting around which happens in some stories. I hate it when characters spend endless chapters worrying about whether to approach their crush and be brave enough to say something.
Maybe Brandon is a good guy really and trying to become more detached from his rich family. But even though Alex works in a car wash, his background is still upper middle class.
Yep, Alex was saved at the last minute. I hope he stays away from gamling from now on. So if Jer really has a girl friend, why didn't he mention her himself? Is his mom deluding herself or is he pretending ?
Hmm, Alex must be eye candy too, if he gets invited out like that. At least he was sensible enough to see the car key prank was not funny for the driver.
The best part was Robbie wanting to take care of Nathan, emotionally as well as physically, and not just sexually. Plus the fact he felt genuinely happy about asking Nathan to be his boyfriend and telling he he loves him.
